On March 3, 2018, Kunshan  Eson Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. complied with the "Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report on the Completion of 300,000 PC Auto Glass Projects by Kunshan Yisheng Machinery Industry Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Acceptance Monitoring Report"). The "Interim Measures for the Completion of Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects" (Guo Huan Gui Environmental Appraisal (2017) No. 4), relevant national laws and regulations, the environmental impact report form of this project and the approval requirements of Kunshan Environmental Protection Bureau, etc. organize the completion of environmental protection acceptance of this project. The acceptance team is composed of the construction unit (Kunshan Yisheng Machinery Industry Co., Ltd.), the environmental assessment unit (Nanjing Hengyuan Environmental Research Institute Co., Ltd.), the acceptance monitoring unit (Suzhou Taikun Testing Technology Co., Ltd.) and two experts (list attached) ). The acceptance team surveyed the construction project site and reviewed the "Acceptance Monitoring Report". After careful review, the acceptance opinions were as follows:

1. Basic situation of project construction

(1) Construction site, scale, and main construction content

Construction site: No. 88 Yuanfeng Road, Yushan Town, Kunshan City.

Construction scale and main construction content: A project with an annual output of 300,000 sets of PC automotive glass. The main production equipment is 1 three-axis cutting machine, 1 electrostatic dust removal table, 1 tunnel oven, 1 hot press forming machine, and 1 five-axis engraving machine.

(2) Construction process and environmental approval status

The environmental impact report form of this project was commissioned by Nanjing Yuanheng Environmental Research Institute Co., Ltd. to compile the environmental assessment form in March 2017, and the project was approved on May 25, 2017 (Kun Huan Jian (2017) No. 0807). The construction of the project started in May 2017, and the construction was completed in July 2017. So far, the commissioning has been completed and Suzhou Taikun Testing Technology Co., Ltd. has been entrusted to complete the environmental protection acceptance monitoring of the project. There are no environmental complaints, violations of laws or penalties in the process of project initiation, construction, commissioning, acceptance and monitoring.

(3) Investment situation

The actual total investment of the project is 5 million yuan, of which the actual environmental protection investment is about 60,000 yuan, accounting for 1.2% of the total investment.

(4) Acceptance scope

The scope of this acceptance is a project with an annual output of 300,000 sets of PC automotive glass.

2. Project changes

Compared with the environmental assessment, the actual construction of the project has reduced the equipment by 1 hot press forming machine. The rest has not changed.

According to the requirements of the "Jiangsu Province's Notice on Strengthening the Environmental Assessment Management of Major Changes in Construction Projects" (Suhuanban (2015) No. 256), the above-mentioned changes in the project are not major changes.

3. Construction of environmental protection facilities

(1) Wastewater

This project has no production wastewater and no new domestic sewage. No increase in staff transfers from the original factory.

(2) Exhaust gas

The small amount of dust generated when the PC board is cut by the three-axis cutting machine of this project is collected and processed by the double-bucket bag filter before being discharged by the exhaust fan of the workshop. The non-methane total hydrocarbon waste gas generated during baking and hot pressing is discharged outside the workshop exhaust fan.

(3) Noise

The noise source of this project is mainly the cutting machine, and measures such as building sound insulation are adopted to reduce the noise impact.

 (4) Solid waste

The solid waste generated in this project is plastic scraps, which are general industrial solid waste, stored in wooden boxes in the workshop, and sold to external units for recycling (Kunshan Huatai Material Recycling Co., Ltd.).

4. Debugging effects of environmental protection facilities

During acceptance monitoring:

1. Exhaust gas

The maximum concentration of unorganized particulate matter produced by the project meets the unorganized standard in Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996). The maximum concentration of unorganized non-methane total hydrocarbons produced by the project meets the special emission limit of air pollutants in Table 9 of the "Synthetic Resin Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB31572-2015).

2. Noise

The day and night noise monitoring values of the noise measurement points at the project boundary meet the emission requirements of category 3 in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008).

Five, acceptance conclusion

In accordance with the provisions and requirements in the "Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection for Completion of Construction Projects" (Guo Huan Gui Environmental Assessment (2017) No. 4), the acceptance team considered that the environmental protection facilities of the completed project were qualified.
